Nick, founder and executive chef at Rosemarie’s, brings 15+ years of culinary experience following his Army service and a Bachelor of Science degree. What began as a San Diego food truck has grown into three award-winning locations—Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, and Encinitas. Known for chef-driven sliders, craft brews, and warm hospitality, Rosemarie’s has earned accolades including Yelp Top 100 Restaurants in the U.S. for two consecutive years, and voted San Diego Magazine’s Best Burger.
