We originally wanted to brand this concept as “AH Shucks” and serve oysters all day, but SPUNTINO (Spoon-Tino) was much better suited for the caliber of dishes created for this mobile dining operation. Essentially, SPUNTINO is a snack bar at its finest. We are on the land and on the sea, and in the air…well not yet but we aim to be! We are your surf check, munchie digs, snack bar, and more importantly your “sea-to-table” crudo spot.
